Our Wealth Building Workshops will teach you how to reach your financial goals through real estate investing! 

This is not a "get rich quick" scam. This is no nonsense real estate investing founded in a simple real life, time tested, and proven approach. We don't profess that real estate investing is easy. It isn't always, but we will teach you that.... 

We hold our wealth building seminars 6:00pm to 8:00pm the Fourth Tuesday of every month in Tukwila.

We have six scheduled classes that we rotate through as follows:

1 Why buy Real Estate? - an understanding of why to buy it. How money works. The three ways to build wealth with real estate. How to plan your future wealth and live into it.

2. How to finance Real Estate?- How to buy a property with little or no money down. How loans work.  What loans are available. How to decide what loan to use.

3. What type of properties should I buy? - What makes sense. How the numbers work. What not to buy, and the simple rules for buying properties.

4. Property management - Ok now you own it... Now What?... Simple rules of property management to get them rented, keep them rented know the rules and stay out of nightmares we all hear about.

5. Accounting Taxes and Real estate - The Tax rules. The Tax advantages, Budgeting to buy your next investment property, how to manage your wealth while building it.

6. The rest of the story - Here is where we mix it up! We bring in experts from various fields related to real estate. Attorneys, Title officers, 1031 tax advisors, Escrow, Panels of highly successful investors, Whatever You want. Sometimes we just have a jam session with all the investors in the room. You will learn more than you an imagine. We learn something new every time and we've been in the real estate business for over 24 years!
